His first album “Tomorrow May Not Be Better”, released in 2011, reached 3rd place on the Swiss charts, top 10 in France and Belgium, sold more than 150,000 copies across Europe, and earned platinum record status in Switzerland and Belgium. The single "I’d Sing for You" ranked in the Top 10 in Switzerland and Belgium. In 2013, Bastian Baker released his 2nd album that reached number one on the charts: "Too Old To Die Young". A year later, he became a member of the jury for the Belgian version of “The Voice”. In 2015, he released the album "Facing Canyons" and in 2018, the eponymous album "Bastian Baker", which reached number two on the Swiss charts. Bastian Baker is the winner of seven “Swiss Music Awards”, a MTV Europe Music Award for the “Best Swiss Act” and a World Music Award. He opened for superstar Shania Twain on her world tour in 2018 and performed in front of 700,000 people in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. He is the only musician to have played two years in a row on the main stage of the Paléo Festival in Nyon in front of 40,000 people. He has had the honor of performing five times at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Bastian Baker will celebrate his ten-year retrospective with a new album, "Stories Of The XXI", (released on January 14, 2022), which made it to the top of the Swiss charts, making it Bastian Baker’s third number 1 album.
