Jason Arvin aka "Sensei J" is a rapper/producer from Evansville, IN. At a young age, Jason and his family were poverty-stricken. Music felt like the only way he could completely express himself, thus "Sensei J" was born. Sensei J experimented with instruments early in his life, having played the guitar, piano, and cornet by age 12. The Sensei soon developed a passion for rap and music production in high school after receiving his first microphone as a gift. His first mixtape, "The Beginning of the End" hit music stores in September of 2020. Following a rough mixtape debut, Sensei J molded his sound and found more success in his debut EP "The Dojo" released in January of 2021. The Sensei would then spend the rest of 2021 working on his debut album "Gokudō" - released on New Years Eve 2021.
