Marcello Giannini is an Italian guitarist founder of the Slivovitz with whom he recorded 5 discs published for the New York label Moonjune. He has collaborated and recorded with many artists of the Italian jazz and pop scene and has performed in numerous festivals around the world. He played and appeared in Enrico Rava's records (Italian Jazz 2009 and 2016 and Rava on the dancefloor ECM records) 99 posse (Cattivi Guaglioni and Curre Curre guagliò 2.0) Daniele Sepe (Fessbook and Canzoniere illustrated), Nu Guinea (New Naples) and Flo (La Mentirosa and 31Salvitutti). He has recorded four records with the Italian label Auand (Fremmenti and Digital Desert) and NoWords (Delirium Tremens and Teresa) He is currently also the guitarist of the band @Psychè and Nu Genea live band.
