Erik Grind is a multi-instrumentalist, composer and music teacher from Sweden. Erik has, through the years, played music in multiple genres, ranging from pop, jazz, folk, classical and world music to music for meditation and relaxation. Flute and recorder are his main instrument and he also plays tablas, sitar, guitar and piano. He has composed music and performed with many groups. On Spotify you can hear him in world music group Caleido and in Resonans. Besides making music Erik dedicates his time to making art, painting and giving workshops in Mandala painting.
