on-dré (andré jacobs) is the owner of d-zone records and the producer behind bassix, tekno 2, hypersonic, n-r-gee posse, ree-venge and f/o/a/d. He starting off as a DJ at the age of 15 in essex and setup d-zone when he was 18. After phenomenal success and helping setup suburban base records and working behind the scenes for every UK rave label he stopped making music after his office (in the then not-so trendy London Fields, Hackney) was robbed (all they left was the fridge and sofa). Fast forward to 2022 and calvin harris contacted on-dré to use the acappella of 'work it out' and used it on his collaboration with eli brown "we can come together"
