Being a new parent is exhausting. And that exhaustion is increased dramatically by the inability to get a single moment of deep, comfortable, sweet sleep... It's scientifically proven that white noise and calming sounds can help put your baby to sleep, reduce their anxiety and help them keep calm for longer periods of time. Every sudden sound is a sound of danger when you're a newborn, and reducing the possibility of some unexpected creek of the floor or a dog barking outside disturbing the peace is crucial. Not all "white noise" is created equal, though. We searched, tried out different playlists, classical music, chill house even... Not much worked. Being music producers ourselves, we decided to make our own, based on our experience and the scientific research of how the brain interacts with different frequencies of music. Since it worked (and keeps working) on our own darlings, we decided to share it with you. For free.
