Devante is a Croydon native on a journey of self discovery. He has watched his family achieve and lose great things, and has always been encouraged to look beyond his limits. 
 His village allowed him to experience a breadth of the world that has afforded him a balanced perspective and hunger for the best that life can offer. 
 He became a musician as a matter of course after having developed a passion for visual art and design, and a brush with health problems exposed to him the sanctity of life. This appreciation for life seeps into every facet of his music, leaving an artist equally rich in sincere realism and creativity.
