G.M.G. is the solo project of Brazilian musician Andre Baptista. Emerging from the tight knit Chicago music scene, Andre recruited his friends to compose the live band further mixing retro-futurism with the project's undeniably punk, indie aesthetic. The band is currently performing their debut record “Eagerness as Currency” released last July after kicking off their first ever live performances in October of last year. G.M.G., or Gun Metal Grey as it shows in its birth certificate, is the new big band you haven’t seen yet.
