Ruby is a Mexican-American Christian bilingual singer and songwriter based in Texas. Nurtured by her musical parents, Ramon & Rosa, both musician, singer/songwriters, Ruby's passion for music ignited at an early age. She began her musical journey by harmonizing & playing the tambourine alongside her mother in church, even before mastering to speak complete sentences. During her formative years, Ruby's talents flourished, leading her to assume the roles of both youth & main church worship leader by the age of 14. Her exceptional abilities garnered opportunities to perform alongside established gospel artists, while her affiliation with Dexterity Sounds, a music label founded by Bishop Td Jakes, showcased her potential. Notably, Ruby was a pivotal member of the ensemble "GRACE" & was subsequently chosen as a representative for LatinoAmerica. Ruby's debut single in Spanish, "SENTIDO," released in 2021, offered a poignant glimpse into her personal journey, highlighting her resilience as a survivor of domestic violence. Presently, Ruby is happily married to Mario Mendoza, & together, they are dedicated members of Word of Truth Family Church. Both are also a part of "ECHO OF HEAVEN" a collective committed to expressing the divine essence of Jesus through worship. With a steadfast focus on her gift, Ruby is diligently crafting new musical endeavors, with plans to unveil her latest single in September of 2023.
