Adam Carpet was born in Milan in 2011 and is composed by Diego Galeri, Alessandro Deidda, Silvia Ottanà, Giovanni Calella and Killa. Adam Carpet is an almost exclusively instrumental band formed by musicians from different backgrounds with purely instrumental attitude among electronic and post-rock. Adam Carpet published the first S / T album in 2014 via Rude Records and the following album "The Remixes" in 2015 via Prismopaco Records. "The Remixes" contains the debut album's songs remixed by various producers including Francesco Bergomi, Mark Trentacoste, John Lui. The second album "Parabolas" was released on September, 30 2016 via Irma Records. Eight unreleased songs selected from a much larger number of tracks recorded and produced over two years. An almost- instrumental work, that moves the centre of gravity of the band towards a more electronic sound with more synth and smoother rythmics, without forgetting about a very “live” approach made up by a combination of analog, digital, electronic and acoustic instuments. On June 9, 2017, Adam Carpet releases, via Prismopaco Records, "Hardcore Problem Solver", a new EP of four unreleased tracks with which the band continues the path in the bowels of electronic music played in analogue. The new record contains two instrumental tracks and two with vocals. The tracks, as usual for the band's etherogenic approach to music, are contaminated by various influences ranging from electro-pop to post-rock to pure electronic music.
