Point 5 is an artist born and raised in Hayward, CA. His father was also a musician so Point 5 has been around and influenced by music his whole life. July 30th, 2010 Point 5 started his recording career in Modesto, CA. Few months after that on October 2, 2010 his brother was murdered and he then made the decision to take the music more seriously and release an album. January 17th 2012 he released his first album titled "Cell - I got to get behind that", The summer of 2012 he officially changed his artist name to Point 5 a name he was given as a youth in the streets of south hayward. October 2012 he signed on with Dynasty Reign Ent and is not only still a part of that label to this day but is also the CEO.
