My Melody is a creative production & lifestyle studio, working on bringing our listeners a whole new level of music experience. We have a simple mission: creating a go-to place for people who want to relax, meditate, feel better of all asleep. We are releasing sleep music, meditation music, fall asleep music, night music, peaceful music, yoga music, study music, calm music, beautiful music and relaxing music. How does music effect your brain & mental state? Music improves sleep through calming parts of the autonomic nervous system, leading to slower breathing, lower heart rate, and reduced blood pressure. This means it's an effective treatment for short-term and chronic sleep disorders, according to a recent analysis of research. Music enhances sleep because of its effects on the regulation of hormones, including the stress hormone cortisol. Being stressed and having elevated levels of cortisol can increase alertness and lead to poor sleep. Listening to music decreases levels of cortisol, which may explain why it helps put people at ease and release stress. Beats per minute or BPM, of 45 - 60 also shows an increase in wellbeing and ability to relax and fall asleep faster. This is our standard BMP, in which we release our music.
