ENBE lives his life by a simple motto. ‘Work hard... and if a door doesn’t open, kick it and down and force your way in!’ Growing up, ENBE came from a poor family, and he could never afford to buy musical equipment, but it was clear the music was in him, and somehow it was going to find its way out. “As a kid I’d hit baby milk tins with pens to drum or pretend to be a rapper standing in front of the mirror.” he explains. With his UK Rap & Grime focus he started to establish a name for himself as a rapper & producer, but while his career was beginning to take off, his personal life was threatening to spiral out of control. It reached rock bottom when a drink problem resulted in a term in prison. “If it wasn’t for that Wiley - Eskimo record, who knows where I would be now, possibly dead or in prison.
