This is Rhyot, the American-Canadian electronic music artist, and Emercive Recordings label head, known for building dark, crumbling tracks that draw heavily on his electro, techno, and industrial influences. Over the years, Rhyot's tracks like "Army of The Dead", and "Aphelion" have received positive feedback from industry leading artists, such as Canadian superstar deadmau5. Emercive's 'Converge' compilation series became a regular feature on Beatport charts, with 'Converge, Vol. 3' garnering seven #1's and a global top 10 releases position in late 2019. Rhyot's 2020 debut 'In Ruin EP' and subsequent collaborations with Barbosa on '(ra)' and 'Unbound' further anchored his growing catalogue. In 2022, he made his LA headline debut at FALLOUT and released the long awaited single 'Genesis.' His 2023 releases, "Mutually Assured", "NDA", and Chrome Widow have been strongly supported by several leading electronic genre curators, including the team at Ultra Music Festival. With a steadily growing influence in the cyberpunk and dark electronic scenes, especially in regions like the US, Canada, Germany, and Poland, Rhyot's looks to carry his increasing inertia into 2024.
