rephlekt, better known as Gudni Einarsson, at an early age fell in love with electronic music and soon began to fiddle with the decks and audio engineering. He discovered wonders from influences such as Acen, Basic Channel, Dave Clarke. Jeff Mills, Burial, Shlomi Aber, Ben Sims, and Chain reaction, just to name a few. Coming from the cold and mystique Iceland, rephlekt´s music is unquestionably influenced by the dark, cold and bleakness of his country.
