Warping genres and twisting sounds, Platonic Scale (Victor Mihailescu) is a Bucharest-based producer on a mission to push boundaries. His sonic palette blends synth-pop, IDM, breaks, trip-hop, and even acoustic elements into unique, genre-bending productions. Locally, Platonic Scale has crafted beloved remixes for the likes of Stela & Florin Bogardo, Robin & The Backstabbers, Vita de Vie, and The Mono Jacks etc. He also put his mark on unofficial remixes by heavyweights like Depeche Mode, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Marley, and Dj Shadow. Beyond remixes, Platonic Scale has collaborated with singer/songwriter ALLA on her acclaimed debut EP "Out of the Blue," released in January 2016.
