Vusumuzi Master Jr. Cele, better known as V.B33ZY, is becoming a name to watch in South African Hip-Hop. Born on June 8, 2000, in Johannesburg, V.B33ZY spent his early childhood in KwaZulu-Natal but has called Johannesburg home for most of his life. He discovered his passion for music at 15, determined to prove to his high school peers that making a great song was more achievable than they believed. Now 24, V.B33ZY has already carved a unique path in the music scene. After dropping his debut mixtape “Not True” on his 16th birthday in 2016, he shifted focus to collaborate with Lazukii, resulting in several hot singles and their anticipated EP ToXiC-AciD (as the dynamic duo TheeUnderrated ). However, V.B33ZY’s solo career gained momentum when he returned with Baked and followed it up with his standout project “Popcorn Generation”. With four projects under his belt, V.B33ZY is showing no signs of slowing down. He recently announced the completion of his much-anticipated 2nd Mixtape, BWTB, before scraping it off the table for another project abbreviated EIIKM which is set to drop in April 2025, before his birthday Mixtape release.
