Pablo Serrano is a musician, composer, music producer and audiovisual artist from Murcia (Spain) who also records and performs as PBSR. In 2018 he released ...and dusky doors EP, a 6-track audiovisual journey relating the inner cyclical phases he experienced since he left Spain and moved to London. A preoccupation that has influenced his work since then, and which has embarked him in multiple collaborations with visual artists, writing music for picture (Tate Modern), or creating two audiovisual installations after graduating at UAL in 2021. His interest in contemporary art practices has led him to perform with acclaimed artists Ragnar Kjartansson and Kjartan Sveinsson (ex-Sigur Rós) at the Barbican Centre in London, as part of the installation performance "Take Me Here by the Dishwasher" in 2016. As a music producer, he has recently worked withMAVICA and Nico Casal, and remixed Tusks and Josef Salvat among others. His other sonic venture is Flying Solo, an ambient music project alongside his longtime friend, audiovisual artist Alfonso Riera, released by their own label Solar Canvas, an artist community supporting the underground talent in their hometown Murcia. PBSR’s latest releases Island, Dreamtime and Niebla - Mixed, as well as the collaboration with Ben Böhmer – Revelation and Barry Can't Swim remix Revelation (Barry Can't Swim Remix) are out now via Anjunadeep Discography
