New York City born musician/designer PanamaDaPrince, hails from the East New York section of Brooklyn, and has created a sound that has extended to all cities worldwide! He grew up listening to JAY-Z, The Notorious B.I.G., 50 Cent, and T.I. amongst others. His love for hip-hop, lead him to intern at a local record store where he assisted with in-store appearances by the biggest names in music. Panama got his start in 2007 by releasing several tracks over the years via MySpace, but it was is debut mixtape, "The Conquest", released in 2011, that garnered him some attention. His 2012 effort, "The Conquest 2.0", proved to be successful in its own right as well, which brought upon international exposure and new opportunities. It was following the release of this project that PanamaDaPrince met his idol Kanye West, and was granted to opportunity to perform for him. West's approval and encouragement of the young rapper instilled a new drive and determination in him. Since that encounter, Panama has toured independently, both nationally and abroad. His music has been in rotation on Music Choice, and he has made appearances on VH1's "Black Ink Crew" and "Love and Hip Hop". In 2016, Panama established his lifestyle/fashion brand, ALPHA, which has been worn by the likes of super producer Swizz Beatz, fellow New York rapper Dave East, singers/dancers Teyana Taylor and DaniLeigh, rappers Mulatto and Dreezy, supermodel Ashley Graham, NBA Champion Iman Shumpert, and many more! #ALPHAPDP
