A Filipino Producer and Artist William Scott Francisco aka ‘Cisco’ is from West London, England. Around 2020, Cisco started recording music and formed the ØGL Records Collective. He collaborated with Teys, the hitmaker behind the million-stream song 'LWKY,' on a track called 'SABIHIN'. After its release, Cisco started gaining recognition for his work. He experiments with several genres in an effort to develop his own sound, although his R&B music is his most well-known work.
