UK born Soul Groove (Daniel Mack) has begun to make his presence felt as a serious up-and-comer in the electronic scene with an unmistakable unique and smooth sound. Releasing through Feedasoul Records, he has found regular success and has become a mainstay artist for this popular soulful electronic Lebanon-based label. With many of his early adult years spent living and DJing in Nottingham, he takes major influences, in part, from the city’s diverse and thriving music scene. Taking inspiration from Jazz, Afrobeats, House, Latin Jazz, Hip Hop, Neo Soul and more, he aims to blend genres through his production, live sets and DJing to achieve musical experiences which celebrate sonic synergies. In 2021 Soul Groove released his biggest single to date Afro Galactic Jazz which received support from peers Jimster, Fred P, Fouk and Louie Vega. Since then he has regularly featured in the Beatport & Traxsource Top 10 charts and in 2022 released Jazz At The Muniaka Club, which has received prime time air play through Joe Kay’s Soulection Radio, after having premiered with Mixmag UK. Soul Groove found further success with his Jaded EP which gained support from artists Tour-Marbour, Retromigration, Shy One and NTS Radio show. Rhythm percussion from congas, bongos, cabasa and snare drum feature heavily amidst layers of sax, trumpets, synth and soulful vocal.
