Born and raised in Hungary, Sam - Samu, his Hungarian name, pronounced with an 'Sh' - Mitchell grew up around nature, art and an unceasing curiosity to find new creative outlets. An international family setting after the age of 12 also brought him close to the cultures of Trinidad and Tobago, the DMV area, South Korea, Papua New Guinea and ultimately California, where he currently resides. His understanding of the world - the sounds, sights, smells, feelings and experiences of our shared globe - is what is at the core of 'SamuSamu.'
