Amlak RedSquare as the name suggest is apart of one of Reggae/Dancehall top schools of music, the Redsquare Camp. Redsquare was founded by reggae icon Spragga Benz, who is also the uncle of Amlak RedSquare and his mentor. Amlak was born in the inner city of Dunkirk in Kingston Jamaica and grew around the music industry. Spragga took him to the studio all the time and even when the cult movie 'Shottas' was in production Amlak was around to see and learn all the mannerism of how to be an artist/actor. In 2011 Amlak recorded his first track for LMR Productions and ever since that first recording his music has grown leaps n bounds over the years. To date he has toured Europe every year since 2014 gracing major festival stages like Reggae Jam in Germany, Reggae Geel in Belgium, Reggae in Wulf also in Germany and many other stages around Europe.He has also worked with top producers in the reggae/dancehall genre the likes of LMR productions who produced Kranium's first hit track "Nobody nuh fi know", Such from dancehall super group Ward 21, Snowcone the producer who gave Sean Paul his first cross hit with "Temperature" and other name that are on the rise within the Culture. Amlak has also collaborated with big names in the industry the likes of Spragga Benz and Prince Alla, Needless To say Amlak RedSquare is on the rise and we hope you join the journey.
