Born and bred London MC, Sage, found himself on regular mic duties in London's bass heavy raves and venues during his teen years holding down 500+ capacity rooms with the likes of DJ EZ, Sticky, Dillinja, Marcus Nasty, True Tiger, DJ Hazard, Zinc and everyone in between. Quickly being noticed by bigger promoters for his diverse abilities across all rave culture genres he started getting booked for UK festivals (Secret Garden Party, Boomtown, Shambala, Glastonbury, Outlook Festival to name but a few) furthering his skills at crowd control for 5000+ capacity arenas, solidifying his title as the Hypeman. In 2012 Sage started experimenting in his friends recording studio's and released his debut HipHop mixtape Jam Sandwich. Since then Sage has worked with various producers featuring on all kinds of multi genre music projects whilst simultaneously introducing his own Subculture Sage project (composed of producer Subculture and himself) which has been highly praised and supported by Radio 1, 1xtra, Radio 6, Reprezent, Rinse and landing some serious stats on Spotify and other digital platforms. In 2014 he was asked to be the front man of the Dutty Moonshine Big Band, a 14 piece bass driven assumable, which has quickly gained momentum on the UK festival circuit resulting in sold out venues up and down the country.
