WAIT! WHAT? is a young and talented artist, born in Munich in 1993, who spent her early childhood there. At the age of 11, she moved with her family to North Rhine-Westphalia and began developing her musical skills there. She learned to play the saxophone at a young age and later taught herself to play the guitar. After graduating high school, she completed an apprenticeship as a photographer and has been working successfully in that field ever since. She describes her photography as "Dark Art" and works mainly in the portrait genre. However, her passion for music never faded, and she also works as a videographer and model. She describes her music as "NoFI" (No Fucking Idea) and it falls into the Indie / Rock category with elements of the 80s, Post Punk and New Wave. She calls herself as an artist "WAIT! WHAT?" and has been inspired by moments in life that have had a completely different outcome than expected. In August 2020, she released her first album "HAHAHA NOPE" which includes 10 tracks and falls in the category of Rock, Synth-Pop and New Wave. In 2021 it was played for the first time on public radio. In August 2022, she released her second album "THANK YOU FOR HURTING ME" with 11 tracks, which falls into the Synth-Pop category. WAIT! WHAT? is a versatile and creative artist who creates her music with passion and dedication. Her music is an expression of her feelings and experiences, and she shares this with her audience.
