Walner Etienne, also known as Eyo-E, is a rap artist, singer-songwriter, and recording,mixing engineer based in Broward County. 
 The artist was originally born in Port de Paix, Haiti. However, he spent most of his formative years in the USA. There was a distinctive cultural divide between his Caribbean heritage and his local community. This has been a significant influence on the artists' work. The artist bridges this contrast between these two countries through the power of music. 
 Walner discovered a passion for music at the tender age of 14 when he started creating heartfelt and authentic lyrics. These compositions reflected his personal experiences and the life around him. Once Walner started pouring his thoughts, ideas, and emotions into music, he was hooked! 
 Walner is currently developing an independent record label, Ouuwii Records. This underground label is a haven for Haitian and American artists alike to create, discover, and grow in their craft. Walner is passionate about helping people in his community. Ouuwii Records is his first step to reaching out to up and coming artists and help them create distinctive and unique music.
