Jackson August is an alternative indie, multi instrumentalist & visual artist born and raised in New York City. August has gained traction after his self produced debut EP Look Mom I’m Singing. He also has been cultivating a cult fan base in NYC through throwing DIY shows throughout the city; turning restaurants + old time bars into bonafide concert venues for one night only shows. His sound is molded from folk, hip hop and rock influences mixed with his own modern twist to give it a fresh alternative sound. August also collaborates consistently alongside WHATMORE collective a group comprised of his best friends @CiscoSwank & @YoshiT. August next project is already in the works with releases coming in the summer
