Born and raised in Broward County, Florida. Potter's upbringing in a Colombian household exposed him to a bevy of multi-cultural genres such as salsa, merengue, and several other Latin genres. It was not until the age of 6 years old that Potter first discovered Hip-Hop. "When I was in Colombia. The first song that I've ever heard was DMX's "Ruff Ryder's Anthem". From then on, I immediately fell in love with the culture." Some of the artists that influence Potter today are Key!, 03 Greedo, Young Thug, Tame Impala, and Unknown Mortal Orchestra. He explains his first foray into his passion was in middle school: "I began to compose and write poetry by the time I was in high school. I won a couple of district competitions for my poetry.
