Glasgow U.K. based music producer and dj. Coming from Glasgow, Andy King has been playing Progressive House in his home country of Scotland since 2002, he has an honours degree in Music Technology and has taught in higher education in related subjects. As a dj he has held residencies at clubs in his home city and across Scotland as well as guest appearances in clubs across Europe plus guest mixes on radio stations across the entire globe. He is currently is building his own “Abyss” brand which has a monthly radio show and podcast which has listeners all over the planet and has held Abyss events at venues across Glasgow. A brand which is definitely on the rise and gaining popularity through its unique music policy. As a producer he has had a number of Beatport top 100 entries with his own original productions and remixes, and his productions have gained support from right across the dance music spectrum from major artists in their own genres, he has also recorded, mixed and mastered various bands of an instrumental nature from Glasgow and has composed a score for a short animated film in 2017 which gained him many plaudits for its originality and levels of production Its all about the journey.
