Biography

B.R.A.$.$. is the founder of the Slum Punk sound and an American artist, A&R, Designer, and Brand owner from North Carolina. 
 Born Nicholas RaShawn Jeffers on Feb. 22 1996, he began writing song lyrics as a teen. B.R.A.$.$. started recording music while at NC A&T State University, but focused more on promoting & hosting his own college events with his own label, T.R.U Gang Ent.
 In 2017 B.R.A.$.$. started his solo career with the release of his first EP, The King Speaks. During this time he also served in the U.S. Air Force, but was still relevant on radio shows like LR98 The Real Underground Radio in Little Rock, AR. Shortly after joining he was medically discharged. At the time only his first EPs were released. Since then he's performed in shows, parades, & festivals throughout the U.S. East Coast. 
 He's released a total of 6 solo EPs, 1 mixtape & has collaborated with other artists on 2 more. He is best known for his style's versatility, changing rhythms & different moods. B.R.A.$.$. is best considered unpredictable.
 In 2021 he released his first full-length mixtape, Rapping In Colors, to all streaming platforms & has recieved more than 202,000 streams. 
 In 2022 B.R.A.$.$. is on his 2nd national tour with Hip-Hop collective S.O.xN.Y. & released the EP, Memnon’s Baby, on Feb. 23. All tracks produced by Kev Adventures.
