Cane is the name, a Fredericksburg, VA native, is best known for his potent lyrical ability and versatility with flows and melodies. "who you know as versatile? Who could take it that far?/ Who could go to battle rap and play shows at jazz bars?/" Versatility in style, evidenced in his lyrics, Cane has proved over time that he can do it all through impactful music, humorous content, free-styling, singing, and battle rap. He made himself known as a formidable force in the battle rap arena, and regularly performs shows with a jazz/soul/hip-hop fusion band, further proving how he appeals to different audiences. He easily draws the interest of traditional boom-bap lovers and the common listener alike. He truly is a rapper's rapper. In his music, Cane gives you rich content, ranging from introspective, reflective, personal, and light-hearted, that translates seamlessly in his live shows with crowd-engaging and vivacious energy. 
 Cane appeared on MTV’s RapFix Live as a part of their Get in the Game segment with Joey Bada$$, Pro Era, and Sway in the studio, he received enormous praise for his visual "Grassroots Tangent." During his appearance, Cane caught the ear of Statik Selektah, which led to multiple collaborations, including a spot on Statik’s album “Lucky 7,” where Cane was alongside the legendary Talib Kweli & Pro Era standout CJ Fly. Cane has shared the stage with artists such as Earl Sweatshirt, Rapsody, Common, Anderson .Paak, The Lox, Griselda, and many more.
