Born and bred Londoner DJ Deed is singer, songwriter, DJ and music producer. She was brought up on a musical soundtrack of Jazz, Soul, Motown, Reggae, Dub, Disco and early house music by her music loving Dad. Her earliest memories are singing along to her Dads tunes on his vinyl turntables. After going to a really academic all girls school which killed her creativity she found her creative spirit finally embraced at University where she was encouraged to sing, write and record her music. It was at Uni where she started learning to DJ and recording her first tracks. She has been teaching herself to produce her own music and been loving lockdown to collaborate with other musicians from all over the globe. Collaboration is so key to me in making wicked music and supporting each other to bloom! I absolutely love creating songs and tracks that make people sing and dance. It makes me so happy to see people enjoying my tunes!
