Pushing Boundaries While Preserving Heritage. 
 FROM MEDICINE TO MUSIC When I began this journey, I was torn between two careers – medicine and music. I never thought I could do both until I realized I was handed a unique opportunity. By combining my knowledge of medicine and my love of music, I discovered I could bring something new and fresh to the community, initiating change via awareness (which led me to create Apni Jaan - Suicide ). My lifelong passion for pushing boundaries while preserving Punjabi culture helped me realize my true calling; to deliver messages through Creative Arts, whether music, dance, or writing, that may be helpful to others based on what I have learned from my experiences. 
 COMBINING TWO PASSIONS Staying true to the authenticity of the Punjabi culture is at the core of everything I produce. When I create, I honor the style of music and song at the heart of Punjabi heritage. This is who I am; this is how I want to contribute.
