Born in Leicester in 1991, Snidee was around music from birth. No sooner than he could string a sentence together Snidee was singing along to songs his family would be playing, mainly reggae rock & hip hop. Age 7 he got a karaoke machine for Christmas & figured out if he put a tape in the deck he could record on backing tracks & started recording demos of covers on rock songs. Four years later he entered a talent competition on holiday & made it through all the heats & placed second in the final. The following year he re entered & took the win in the final when he sang a Ricky Martin song in fluent Spanish. A few years passed & he was winning more talent competitions around the country & through school. A few years passed & Snidee ended up getting heavily into UK Grime music around 2003/2004 with the likes of Kano, Wiley, Lethal Bizzle & Crazy Titch influencing him into writing his own lyrics. Mid 2006 he paid for a USB condenser microphone with the money from his paper round & began recording his raps on Cool Edit on his mums computer. From there he began his journey. Two years later Snidee joined a local Leicester DSM who were already well established from a viral song they created & added his commercial touch, they went on to tour supporting: Young Nate, Tinchy Stryder, N Dubz, Skepta, Cascada, Bruza + more! After splitting with DSM & 6 years away he returned to music.
