Matteo Manuali, born in 1991, approached to electronic and house music in the early 2000s, by listening to many italian artists including Claudio Coccoluto, Pastaboys, Ralf and international ones such as Daft Punk, Erick Morillo and Bob Sinclar. As a member of Africanism, he has always favored house sounds in various shades but doesn't catalog himself in a single genre. A 360-degree serious listener, he began to be a DJ when he felt that listening was no longer enough for him and the need to communicate through the music was growing, establishing a vital synergy with the people on the dancefloor year after year. He became more and more eclectic, time after time, and on his DJ sets we can expect everything from his musical choice. As a music producer he has always experimented but only in recent years it becomes more serious. "I really like making music but first of all, I'm a DJ and I always will be."
