Dario Lupo (born October 24, 1987) is an Italian composer and producer who writes electronic and ambient music which he independently releases through his own record label, Daze. His musical style has an electronic backbone with acoustic and cinematic influences. It's predominantly easy-listening — at times groovy, experimental, or completely meditative. This blend allows his music to evoke a wide variety of emotions. Throughout his artistic evolution, Dario released music using various musical identities, each with its own character. Under pseudonyms such as Need a Name, Chasing Dreams and Katahimikan, he embarked on musical adventures that allowed him to explore his imagination. In 2019, Dario started releasing music with his real name. This marked a new chapter in his career, where he could fully express his artistic vision, aiming to combine all the knowledge and skills he acquired under a single creative umbrella.
