K'Swagg or King K as he's affectionately called by his fans & peers, is a young talented rapper who started his craft in Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region. Born Baffour Awuah Prince on the 12th January 1996 in Sunyani. Schooled at St. James JHS for his basic education & continued to Berekum Presbyterian Senior High School. Back in basic school, King K, discovered his love for music after hearing some good hiplife tunes from Obrafour, Okyeame Kwame, Kwadee. He was drawn to the story telling lyrics of these great artists and started singing & rapping along to all their songs. Before he realized, he was writing his own lyrics and started some performances back in SHS. His big break came after the year-long stay at home from SHS. He was writing & recording songs at every opportunity he got. It was one of those songs that got the attention of Mr. Ike Frimpong (Sky- FM Sunyani). Mr. Ike, as the people of Sunyani call him, took him and decided to help manage his craft so he gets wider listenership. In the year 2015, his breakthrough single, Prayer which featured Pyung, made it to the top 10 songs in B/A. A couple of his songs made the cut again in the 2016 Biggest Songs In B/A. He got signed to UtSH Records Inc. middle of 2017 and for which his professional music career started. His use of strong puns has earned him the name "The Punist". His desire to be amongst the greats is his drive to always do better.
