Singing before she could read at the age of five, music was always larger than life and larger than Rebecca. Her fighting spirit made her widely known in Tallahassee as a phenomenon, but this big fish needed a larger pond to swim in. So, when her best childhood friend Kat told her to fly out to San Francisco and come visit, she did that and a lot more. Bag in tote and 20 bucks to her name she grabbed the Mega Bus from San Fran to Los Angeles. The rest is a whirlwind, which now takes place as a girl living her dreams while often having her vocals compared to the likes of Amy Winehouse, Janis Joplin and Alicia Keys.
