London-bred, globetrotting artist Miči made a significant impact on the South African house scene in 2021 through her collaborations with Lemon&Herb, TekniQ, Kid Fonque, China Charmeleon, and South African dance legend Sun-EL Musician. Her eclectic musical inspiration draws from jazz, neo-soul, gospel, indie, and folk music. Miči's journey into music began at a young age, singing in church and learning to play guitar and piano during her teen years in London. When asked why she chose music, she says, "I think it chose me. I've always heard and seen musical arrangements in my head—I often visualize and hear exactly what the track is before I compose anything. I don't think it'll ever stop. I just want to make those visions come to life and make people feel good, honestly." Not only a singer, Miči also composes and co-produces her songs. She is currently honing her production skills and aims to release a body of work featuring her own productions with some of her favorite vocalists.
