Shy Aussie Fella, Brecik has had a very exciting time over the last 10 years recording and releasing music. His debut album in 2010, ‘Skitzofrenik’, Brecik served up an upbeat, electro pop style which was embraced by many - be it his original songs or the covers that he carefully selects - that he would truely make his own! ‘RezErection’ was a call to the dance floor, a more serious sound with new producer Jeffo adding a new feel! The album was a stand out, forcing Brecik to get his groove on and learn some dance moves (but being that he used to be a club podium dancer back in the day - it was like riding a bike…a big ass scary bike....with no wheels, no handle bars and no chain…) ‘Breakdown’ was used in fashion parades all over the world and the song ‘You Will Never be Her’ was written and performed for the Real Housewives of Melbourne star, Gina Liano. ‘Words’, released in 2016, was the start of his ‘get back to me and what’s real’ sound, covering a few genres from pop, dance, rnb to spanish grooves. ‘Priority’ released in 2017 was his most personal to date! With songs written about his family, friends and lovers at the time, the songs were raw and open. Stand outs were, ‘That’s What I Call Love’, Dirty Mind and his co-lab with Miss Dallas Skye, ‘Teardrops’ Brecik re visited all his music and put together a greatest hits collection, ‘All The Way’ Not just the singles from the previous albums, songs that probably should have been and meant something.
