With a unique style, flow and vocal range Nico Banks is destined to change the way the world digests UK rap. Born Tevin Nico Charles, Nico Banks is a Trinidadian born rapper, singer, songwriter, designer and director. Born in the borough of Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago and raised in Edmonton, North London. He gained recognition in 2016 after releasing his track "868 Boy" featuring some of Trinidad's upcoming rappers. Banks continued to release a series of original tracks and freestyles to popular Hip-Hop, R&B and Dancehall artists tracks showcasing his wide vocal range. In 2017 Banks would go on to release B4 Tha Foreign and Foreign Season both of which he recorded, mixed and mastered. Tepid reception left Banks discouraged, after an extended break the rapper returned tail end of 2018 with his energetic yet somewhat melodic trap single "Out The Spot". Fast forward to mid 2019 Banks now with an even more refined sound released his three track EP Lightwork, under his own label Black Decorum Records.
