US : Created in 2016, Virgil mixes genres without imposing limits. The band distills dark and violent music associated with sometimes heavy, sometimes melodic riffs which maintain an unhealthy atmosphere as well as a sound of rare brutality. From Death metal to Black/post black, the band takes its name from Dante's guide during his “infernal journey”. The group had the opportunity to share the boards with groups like In Flames, The Great Old Ones, Ingested, Traitors (US), Fractal Univers, Psykup, Mass Hysteria, Agressor, Witches and participated in many festivals. After signing in 2022 on the Source Atone Records label and with the complicity of the Singularités agency, Virgil is preparing to release his 2nd album "Acheron" in November 2022. More mature and ever darker, Virgil has only one idea in mind: to make an impression on stage and through this new album.
