James Kumo aka K•Mo, has been DJing since the mid-90’s, cutting his teeth in the London night club scene holding down a residency and playing guest slots in and around the city, this eventually led to venturing further afield, playing in New York, Cape Town, Dublin, Manchester and Nottingham. He has been producing since 2011 as James Kumo for a number of the scenes underground electronic music labels. His discography ranges from working with, or appearing on releases from Dan Curtin, DJ Spider, Steve Bug, Brendon Moeller, I-Robots, Sasse, Steve Lawler, Deetron amongst others.
 In 2020 K•Mo was formed, concentrating more on a unique blend of deep organic flavoured house, combined with an electronic groove. His long and diverse DJ sets will undoubtedly feature a broad cross section of artists. You'd expect him to spin anything from trade mark Chicago & NY deep house jams, from the likes of Ron Trent & Chez Damier, through to more European sounding house and electronic grooves from the likes of Mark E, Chaos In The CBD and Gnork.  Production wise, he released his first artist album, 'Vision', in early 2020 on his own Wayout imprint. This gained praise from a number of high profile and international DJs, such as Laurent Garnier and Leftfield.
 Since then, K•Mo has been extremely busy in the studio, crafting new releases for Wayout, and other likeminded labels.
