Music Composer, Music Producer and Publicist. He has received 20 awards for his work, including a “Kikito” in the 1995 Gramado Film Festival, and the Shell Award of Theater for Best Music in 2014 for “Caros Ouvintes”, by Otavio Martins. He was the first one to record House music in portuguese in Brazil producing Joe Euthanazia's album "Cem Mil Dolares" in 1988-89. He produced some of the soundtracks for TV Globo’s soap-operas “Jóia Rara” and “Além do Horizonte”, and the music for many movies and documentaries, as "Andes Extremo" (History Channel). From 2006 thru 2013 he composed all the original music for Brazilian contemporary Dance Company Mariana Muniz. He teaches Sound Design for Theater in the SP Escola de Teatro. He worked with theater directors Jô Soares, Cacá Rosset, Kleber Montanheiro, Marco Antônio Pâmio and Neyde Veneziano. He composed the lyrics for “Aparecida – um musical”, written by Walcyr Carrasco, and many other musical theater plays. He has a Master Degree by Universidade de São Paulo in Escola de Comunicações e Artes with his research about “meaning of song's lyrics in contemporary Musical Theater in Brazil”.
