I grew up moving around a lot. I never really settled in one place until I was around 11. I lived in a lot of poor environments so there were opportunities to do bad a lot and sometimes I didnt even know I was doing bad, because I wasn't taught what was right or wrong by my parents. My parents marriage was not very good it only led to a lot of fighting and eventually divorce. I struggled through life from the age of 18 to 23 very badly and went from place to place partying and messing with girls. I also had to hustle to make money from selling drugs, to stealing, to hitting licks or just random activities of crime. My life was changed forever when I made a oath to Jesus Christ that I still have on my wall. Saying that if God helped me to overcome alcohol and drugs. Then I would dedicate myself to God, and give him everything I had. God held up his end and J.D is still working on his. God has freed me from my dark past. Ranging from being molested, to stealing from my own family, to being homeless and many many many more terrible situations. I give all praise to Jesus and I eventually want to start up a ministry that will spread the Gospel. Through the vehicle of Hip Hop and after that is established. Open up a facility for the homeless that will allow them to truly change their lives. Through Christ all things are possible! If you don't know him, I have a message for you. Open that Bible up!!
