Young independent artists from the interior of Minas Gerais, DG and CHITTA make up 1 SÓ: the sum of the DJ and MC that together form RAP. Starting in 2017, 1 SÓ stood out in the scene of Lavras and region for the presence of stage and representative lyrics in authentic beats and has already shared the stage with big names of national Rap such as: Clara Lima, FBC, Sant, Djonga, Sidoka among others. DG and Chitta express in their repertoire realities of their experiences with impactful songs of empowerment confronting structured racism and the divergences imposed by the system. From lyrics to aesthetics DG and Chitta seek to differentiate themselves from the common, bringing new perspectives and trends without neglecting the essence and principles of Hip-Hop.
