Richa Boppuri, Known professionally as SOLAIRE, is an American singer-songwriter, producer, and musician of Indian descent, born and raised in Austin, Texas. Introduced to rock n’ roll at a young age through her father’s collection of vinyls and CDs, she developed an admiration for various rock bands and soloists, from as early as the 1960s British Invasion, to current day rock music. She has participated in numerous musical performances, classically trained in Carnatic and Western operatic singing, as well as classical violin. She went on to pursue a B.M in Performance at Berklee College of Music, graduating cum laude with the class of 2024. As a sprouting artist herself, SOLAIRE hopes to eventually join the new wave of up and coming rockstars with her fusion of live sound styles picked up from a variety of rock subgenres, both old and new.
