Musician and Filmmaker, Rith Banney proposes visceral and obsessive electronic music (bass, mid tempo, techno) and creates dark, intoxicating and exciting visual content (black & white or monochrome) around themes that he loves: nightlife & the 7 deadly sins. He co-founded with Matterflow his own label Material Boys in 2016 to propose new projects. Between 2018 and 2022, Rith has multiplied releases on international labels : Circus Records (UK), Play Records (CA), Natura Viva (IT), Grimey Records (US), Lotus Mathematics (US), Boxon Records (FR) and Limbo Records (IT). For music or image, Rith Banney has collaborated with more than 60 artists: Pierre Henry, Roya Arab & Rosko John (Archive), Wodd, Black Sifichi... He recently remixed "Shallow water" of Robot Koch and Fiora with their Dreaming Of Ghosts project and "Salt Point" of Julia Kent. He has been 342 days in the TOP 100, 1 time #1, 5 times in the TOP 10 and 8 times in the TOP 100 Releases on Beatport.
