Falling in love with Jungle music in the mid nineties saw Phaze One playing at small party’s in Essex before getting a chance to play at the Legendary Oscars in Clacton. This Put him on the Radar of Epidemik promotor Grant . After playing a couple of Epidemik events at Oscars in 1998 he was asked to become the Epidemik resident. This lead to playing at events like Raindance, One Nation , Best Of British, Innovation, Telepathy , Jungle Splash , Dreamscape, Atomics ( Maidstone), Breakin’ Science and of course all the biblical Epidemik parties over a five year period. After taking a few years out of the D&B scene to set up and run Njoy Music ( House Music label) he is now back doing Phaze One stuff producing and running his own event ( Pure Drumz) , and working for Epidemik.
