A seasoned community emcee and cultural artist born in greater Manchester, raised in east & residing in South London with 20 years plus experience in the game under his belt. He began honing his skills in his bedroom to the pirate radio sounds of inner city London & golden era hiphop in the mid to late 90s & took it the streets early 2000s. Perfecting performance techniques in the youth theatre before leaving 2003 to start his own musical collective/artist agency Exodus 1st movement, known for facilitating under 18s raves independently/in partnership with urban development as well as In community centres, local parks and public spaces around London. Not to mention pirate radio, clashes, borough summer festivals and headlining Sicily’s Sol Music festival in 2005. During this period Raggo mastered his craft in the booth & began releasing promotional mixtapes as a collective & as solo artist. To date there are 30+ mixtape titles to his name. 2005 his first official release The Struggle EP dropped independently. 2007 Raggo took on the moniker Jah Messenger being an artist with a spiritual purpose and prophetic vision, as acknowledgment of the artists of that inspired him to carry the torch for a new generation. Also Jah Messenger was the title of his debut album. There are now 9 official solo studio RZR albums or audio scrolls maybe a better description. The 9th & final album GOD3:RESURRECTION is due for release at the beginning of 2023.
